Privacy

KrakenHost (app and www.krakenhost.fr website) only collects what the service needs to work:

• the MAC address generated by the app, its key, the device type and the app version;
• the playlists you add on the website (links and credentials), to send them to your device; playlists added in the app stay on the device;
• your activation status and payments (processed by Stripe: we never see your card);
• for resellers: name, e-mail address, password (encrypted), credits and linked customers;
• the messages you send us.

No advertising, no tracking, no resale and no sharing of data with third parties, apart from Stripe for payments.

Delete your data

To request the deletion of your data, write to us (subject “Other”) with the device's MAC address, shown in the app. Resellers: write from your account's e-mail address.

• Deleted within 30 days: the device (MAC address, key, type, version), its playlists, its activation and history, your messages; for a reseller, the account and its credits.
• Kept: payments and invoices, kept by Stripe for the period required by law (10 years for accounting records).
• Backup copies: deleted data also disappears from backup copies within 30 days.

Uninstalling the app erases the playlists added in the app.
